A dainty handcrafted alder cone pendant.
A mould was made from an alder cone I found on a nature walk and then made into a pendant using metal clay. The piece was then painted with a patina to give it a darker silver colour in the crevices.
This piece has been handcrafted with Precious Metal Clay which turns to fine silver (99.9% pure) once fired in a kiln. This necklace is the perfect gift for a nature lover!
This pendant measures 19.9mm in length and 9.5mm in width.

Patination
Patination
If ordering a piece with a patina, please be aware that the patina will eventually wear down over time; this is normal. A lacquer is applied to protect the colour, but it will not last forever. Avoid getting the jewellery wet or using a polishing cloth on it.
Please get in contact if you would like your piece to have the patina re-done.
