Refund policy

For any undamaged product, please return it with its included accessories and packaging along with a note stating the order number, date of purchase, and your contact details, within 14 days of the date you received the product. An exchange or a refund will be offered - Items for which the customer does not like, the refund will be returned as store credit, whereas if the item is faulty, a refund will be returned to the original payment method. Original postage costs will not be refunded. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: sale items, all custom/commission items, unless they are faulty.

Proof of faults is to be sent to info@silverandfern.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. All items are covered for 60 days from the purchase date for any inadvertent faults - anything after this time frame is at the expense of the customer. Any damages caused by the customer are to be at the expense of customer.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full or partial refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for the shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.
