Shipping policy

All items posted via Royal Mail in the UK. The majority of items are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service, as it insures high-value items of jewellery - your order will be dispatched via this service if your order value is over £75. The other service used is Royal Mail 48h tracked, which is for items under £75.

Items are posted on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Postage is free for orders over £125 within the UK and over £175 internationally.

Please get in contact if you cannot check out to your country of residence. Taxes and duties are to be paid by the customer on the arrival of the item in their country of residence. Shipping to the US has the duties paid upon ordering (PDDP).

*Postage is free internationally for orders valued between £175 and £249. For over £250, there is a surcharge for having to use a courier service (DHL) with an increased insurance value.

EU is currently exempt from free shipping.
