There are 3 beads that can move freely around the ring which is a great way to take your mind off things when it's all getting a bit too much - it's better to play with the beads than bite your fingers! 
 
This ring is made to order in your size - please ensure you leave your size in the notes as this is a non-adjustable ring. The ring is made with 1.2mm wire and 4mm beads, a chunkier alternative to the original 5 bead fidget ring.
