SHIPPING POLICY

All jewellery is posted via Royal Mail. The majority of items are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm service as it insures high-value items of jewellery - your order will be dispatched via this service if your order value is over £150. The other service used is Royal Mail 48h tracked which is for items under £150.

Postage within the UK is free over the value of £20

Worldwide shipping is available so please get in contact if you cannot check out to your country of residence. Tax and duties are to be paid by the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please contact the store via email for advice before returning.

For any undamaged product, please return it with its included accessories and packaging along with a note stating the order number, date of purchase, and your contact details, within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and I will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: sale items, all custom/commission items unless they are faulty. Proof of faults are to be sent to info@silverandfern.co.uk

 

When I receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from Silver & Fern, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If I am unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full or partial refund upon the prompt return of the product to Silver & Fern. I will pay for the shipment of the repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to me.
