SHIPPING POLICY

All of my jewellery is posted via Royal Mail. The majority of items are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm service as it insures high-value items of jewellery - your order will be posted via this service if your order value is over £50. The other service I use is Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For which I use for lower value items, which are easier for me to replicate in the eventuality of loss or damage by the delivery service. 

I can ship worldwide so please contact me if you cannot checkout to your country of residence. I like to make sure that the items are not prohibited in the country before you purchase (e.g. some countries are strict with certain gemstones/pearls being imported).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For any undamaged product, please return it with its included accessories and packaging along with a note stating the order number, date of purchase, and your contact details, within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and I will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: all custom/commission items unless they are faulty. Proof of faults to be sent to info@silverandfern.co.uk

 

When I receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from Silver & Fern, I will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If I am unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full or partial refund upon the prompt return of the product to myself. I will pay for the shipment of the repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to me.
