All jewellery is posted via Royal Mail. The majority of items are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm service as it insures high-value items of jewellery - your order will be dispatched via this service if your order value is over £150. The other service used is Royal Mail 48h tracked which is for items under £150.

Postage within the UK is free over the value of £20

Worldwide shipping is available so please get in contact if you cannot check out to your country of residence. Tax and duties are to be paid by the customer.

For any undamaged product, please return it with its included accessories and packaging along with a note stating the order number, date of purchase, and your contact details, within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and I will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: sale items, all custom/commission items unless they are faulty. When I receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from Silver & Fern, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If I am unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full or partial refund upon the prompt return of the product to Silver & Fern. I will pay for the shipment of the repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to me.
